Santo Antonio de Lisboa and Northern Beaches Tour $84:

Attractions:
Santo Antonio de Lisboa: is a quiet fishing village community with calm waters. Its principal attractions is the Azorean heritage which can be seen in the architecture, cultural and religious traditions and seafood. Santo Antonio historic center has some art galleries and interesting handicrats shops such as Azorean House. There is a small family-run bar in the beach where you can enjoy fresh oysters, mussels and shrimps.
Praia Brava: a quite small beach with wild waves and a wide stretch of white sand. Brava is surrounded by fine condos and beautiful hills with Atlantic forest. Very popular specially in the summer among surfers and young people.
Ponta das Canas: Lagoinha is an estuary, where a small sweet water lake flows out into the sea. Birds lay and hatch their eggs there.
Canasvieiras: one of the first resorts developed in the Island. There are lots of restaurants, hotels and small shops. There are banana-boats and boat-tours. Schooners leave Canasvieiras to the Island of Anhatomirim Fort during holidays.
Jurere Internacional: is the only totally planned condominium and beach resort in the Island. There are luxury houses, hotels, clubs, bars, cafes. Calm sea and fine white sand beach.
Praia do Forte: One of the calmest beaches on the Island. A small fishing community. There is little local infrastructure with only a few porpular bars and restaurants. The Sao Jose da Ponta Grossa Fort (1740) is located on the hilltop, has a main courtyard, two story house, the chapel and the large part of the cannon batteries. (entrance fee: R$ 4).
