Private Guide in Jerusalem:

I love Israel and I love a good story. In Hebrew, a tour guide is: MORE DEREKH. The direct translation of those two words is "a teacher of the way" and I take it literaly...so when I am guiding, I am also teaching. That process enables me to experience the beauty of Israel through the eyes of my clients. I try my best to learn the background of the people I teach / guide so that I can tell them the story in such a way that they feel connected to it. As a result, each time is different for me and I am never tired of telling "the same story over & over again"...because for me it is not the same story anymore.
I have been guiding for more than thirty years and even though I can consider myself an expert on the land of Israel - I am still discovering new things . I learn so much from the people that come on my tours; sometimes from their knowledge and experiences in life and many times just from the questions they ask. I like to be asked questions, because most of the time, those questions help me to understand more fully, the people that I serve and those questions challenge me to think in a different way, and to find an answer.
I am a storyteller by nature. Each time I guide, I manage to take the same facts & details, historical or physical, and tell a different story.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to lead you on your tour to Israel.
