I am based in Kuala Lumpur the capital city of Malaysia. My wealth of my experience is from being in the Hotel and Travel Industry since 1985. I have worked in some of the finest Hotels in Kuala Lumpur (Shangri-la KL) and Concorde KL) and operated my own Incentive Travel company (Incentive Solutions Sdn Bhd) since 1994.
In the Hotel industry, I have met thousands of guests from various countries visiting Malaysia for the first time. Many come prepared with all that they need and still many more just jump on a plane and head here for a good time. As the person who makes every guest welcome here in Malaysia, I have also to make their stay as pleasent as possible, thus I have to make every arrangement and at times guide them to various places of interests
