The trek offers the spectacular mountain scenery along with charming villages inhabited particularly by the Gurungs & Magars, dense rhododendron forests full of birds and deep sub-tropical valleys, all set below the Annapurnas with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail Peak) dominating the skyline.

One of the important highlight of this trip is to make a climb on Poon Hill, possibly the most spectacular mountain scapes on Earth. When sun rises, it touches the snow-capped summits the Himalayan giants, Dhaulagiri (8,167m) and Annapurna (8,091m) along with a maze of other peaks, there gradually appear, just like

Day 1: Kathmandu- Pokhara Take a tourist bus to Pokhara (826m), which normally takes about 6 hours. Spend the night in a deluxe hotel at Lakeside. Day 2: Pokhara-Tikhedhunga (1577m) Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga (1577M). After walking for about 4-5 hours, spend the night in a local teahouse. On the way following the beautiful village and enjoy with beautiful scenery. Day 3:Tikhedhunga-Ghorepani (2875m) Trek to Ghorepani (2875M), a 6-7 hours walking and stay overnight at a local teahouse. On your way lies Ulleri village where friendly Pun people live a very simple life. Enjoyable views of mountains will help you ease your walk. Day 4: Ghorepani-Poonhill (3210m) Wake up very early in the morning and walk to Poonhill (3210M). If the weather is fine, you can enjoy an outstanding view of sunrise over the Annapurna Himalayan range. Some fifteen different mountain peaks are also visible from there – no wonder the place is regarded as one of the best viewpoints. After seeing the sunrise, walk back to Ghorepani, have breakfast and trek for about 5 hours to reach Tadapani. You will be spending yet another night in a local teahouse. Day 5: Poonhill- Ghandruk (1950m) Trek for about 4 hours and arrive at Ghandruk (1950 m). After lunch, you can explore the village of Gurung ethnicity and visit an old museum as well as a monastery. Spend the night in a local teahouse. Day 6: Ghandruk-Pokhara Trek down to Nayapul (1050 m). It takes about 2 hours to drive to Pokhara. Explore the city in the afternoon, take a refreshing walk along Lakeside and spend the night in your hotel room. Day 7: Pokhara-Kathmandu Drive back to Kathmandu or if you wish, board a flight (45 minutes), paying about 100 US Dollars extra. Spend the night at a hotel in Kathmandu.
