In1962 i was born in Istanbul. With the age of 3 i moved with my parents to Germany. For over 25 years we lived nearby to Stuttgart and there i also got my education. In 1992 i came back to Turkey and since then i have contacts with tourists visiting my country.
For over 10 years i'm working as a proffesional tour guide. Most of the people who want to visit Turkey have fears because of the things they have heard through media. I can say that all of the people coming with this fears leave Turkey wıth oppsite opinion and they come back in the next years again.
Why is it? Because....Turkey is the craddle of civilization , St. Nicolaos ( better known as St. Claus ) lived here , the ark of Noah landed at mount Ararat , worldwide the most churches and chapels you can find in Cappadoccia , Istanbul is the only City in the world setteled on two continents , two of the ancient worldwonders and two tombs of the apostles of Jesus are here.
